Now this is a Macro rig

Hi I'm new to photography And just bought a Pentax k-5, I have an old Manual sigma zoom 72mm 18mm 200mm macro lens, I'm interested in macro work do you think i can put a macro close up lens on this. Any help would be appreciated ...

Portable hmm I think if you took this anywhere and started to us it you would end up explaining to so many people what it is you wouldnt get any shots taken Lol Certainly looks very technical to me.
