Hello guys, I have fairly recently joined up in the hope I can pick up a few tips.
I'm not much of a photographer, I have a basic understanding of stuff like apertures, exposure, ISO settings and whatnot, but hoping to improve.
I previously had a Kodak P880 Zoom, which I never really got to grips with and never really did what I wanted it to. I've recently got a D40 kit and bought a 70-200mm from the sales corner on here. I am looking for a copy of D40 for Dummies (hint - if anybody has got one
) and hope that will teach me a few tricks. I notice that even with my limited skills, I am able to do some of the things with my D40 that I couldn't do with the P880 but tried.
If anybody can point me in the direction of any good online courses or tutorials and can suggest any 'must haves' for the D40, drop them on here.
Cheers
John
