The best tattoo ive ever seen or its the worst and im not sure either way yet

If that's how it looks in the flesh then that's phenomenal artwork (even though it's not exactly to my taste). I suspect, even if the tattoo is real, lighting and PP may have helped this look a lot more convincing than it is in real life though.
 
I don't think it's PP, but I don't think it's a real tat either...no, what I think we have here is someone who's expertly carved some woman's leg like a piece of timber...

well I am not a fan of tattoo's , especially on ladies, but if that is 100% and unenhanced I am impressed

Bez is good but New York's Anil Gupta is amazing, along with Boris from Hungary (he's done amazing 2000AD ones)

I like the artwork on that - is all I will say

Looks to be a "push me pull you" as well... two forward facing feet and two rearward.
