Hi,
I posted a while back asking for help chosing a camera. I ended up buying a Nikon40x and the lens which came with it, 18mm - 55mm or something along those lines.
Anyway I've been having fun but also some problems with it. I partly bought it so my mum could take photos of me jumping my horses as my old camera had a pretty long delay on it.
When, practising, I took some pictures of my friend's jumping in the sun, they came out lovely..
I went to a show at the weekend and even with the flash the pictures indoors were a little blurry..I figured it was just because it was rather dark, but it did occur to me that my friends Cannon EOD 400 could take lovely photos in a darker arena than this one.
But then today, my mum took some photos of me jumping my horse. It was quite cloudly, but not particarily dark, but ALL of them came out really blurry. The settings were all on auto as I'm not very experienced with cameras, and most of the photos were taken with the click-click-click sort of format..
They all came out like this
Here was one which she didn't take in the click click click way
It didn't want a flash until later, when it came out like this.
So no improvement? Anyway..am figuring I didn't get this camera recomended to me for this purpose out of spite by random strangers, and am equally sure that the reviews I read about it weren't lying so we must be doing something wrong.
I'd be grateful for any help
