I would just like to say a huge thank you to SimonTALM off this forum for attending our fundraising event this weekend.

All the people I have spoken to have been really pleased with their photographs.

I didn't get much chance to take many photos myself due to running around like an idiot most of the time.

He also gave us a lovely donation on the day from the prints he sold.

staffitaxi, you very are welcome , I really enjoyed myself and I was delighted to meet so many lovely dogs and such responsible owners. I was even more delighted when they purchased photos from me I hope that the donation I made goes some way to helping a few more staffies find homes as good as the ones I met at the weekend must be.

You say you are exhausted... I didn't realise how fit you needed to be to become an event photographer; with all the crouching down taking photos and the running to keep in front of the walk at the various sections took it's toll and I have aches in leg muscles that I didn't know I had

However, I couldn't have done it alone and I must also thank dolomitefan who joined me to help out with the sales side without him this wouldn't have been possible so mate.

I'm glad you both enjoyed yourselves.

We were very pleased with how the weekend went, and it looks like the hotel are happy to have us back next year which is another bonus.

If you have aching muscles it must have done you good.

I'm trying to get one of the days off from rescue this weekend to have a lay in!!
