Looks good to me...

not many bubbles rising up through the beer, but there are plenty on top - think I'd have preferred the glass full to the top maybe, but the lighting looks good, a tiny bit more on the left edge as you say, but wouldn;t have noted that if you hadnt said

Very nice. Agree with your self crit about the lighting - and I would also do without the branding.

Looks appetising to me - a white background would've brought the colour of the beer out better - but I rather like this on black.

Hi you sort of supplied your own crit about the lighting more light to the beer would have been good but a worthy effort

Looks good enough to drink... which I hope you did after taking the shot lol...
Sure did! i had to keep toping it up to keep it fizzy so ended up having two pints to get the shot!

You've given your own crit on this one Adam, so no need for me to chip in except to say I do like this.
With a few wee tweaks as you say and it could easily be a product shot (y)

Now I definitely like this one. Nice elements to the image - lighting, bubbles, condensation and off centre composition - and well executed too.

Thanks everyone for the helpful pointers. That sounds interesting Sarah I'll look into that. Any new lighting ideas are welcome!:)

The glass is a bit dark and a second light source coming through the beer would have been nice. I like the branding as the colour of the label contrasts what would otherwise be a bit dull especially as you the black background. A great photograph, well done.

Hi ya

Bubble..... liking the lower than usual POV , bg in black works for me as not quite losing the outline of the glass , can see a bit of condensation & a white head of bubbles (y)

Ive ended up with a bit of a predictable shot this week but ive not tried shooting smoke for ages so thought id give it a go again. A smoke filled room and runny eyes later i ended up with one i was finally happy with! Ive tried to make it a bit different by adding in the smoking stick to give it a bit of scale. and C&C welcome. cheers.

This one was just a bit of fun, some blue mysterious 'smoke' down the stairs and through the house.

I really like the first Adam, interesting pattern, colour is very pleasing (y)

2nd's good too, as you say, fun and its well shot :)

liking the second - for the fact it's something different - love the colour of the "smoke" and it's a really cool effect.

Hi number 2 as well, for the same reason that its different

#2 for me as well. I do like el wire. I've done similar myself both inside and outside and it's great fun.

It does have any eerie feel to it which adds to the theme.

Wonder what having someone on the settee would look like.

Cheers.

cheers guys for the feedback, I wanted to get one in the bank first in case i didnt like the second one for the theme.

Thanks Andy, I never though of having anybody sat on the settee but bet that would look really eerie! :)

Like No2 as it is different and you must have had to work harder to get this image
