That's great! The smoke is a super idea.

But... stretch Photoshop target... wouldn't the smoke leave a shadow?!

Love the lamp there, I would be having a go with that.

The clock meets the brief and technique but I find myself wanting to see more of the lovely looking surround.
 
Vintage is fab. Time is good - not much you could have done about it but I'd prefer not be able to see your reflection in the clock face! However, without some black camouflage or a tilt-shift lens pretty much impossible to avoid.
 
Nice looking clock, the wooden surround looks interesting. The low key is hiding it a bit but techniques need to be done :)
