Noob to using Dual Flash Guns

Tried shooting my fiancee (not literally) last night using dual flash guns. One mounted in a Soft box while using the 2nd as a fill in flash.
Any comments/Critique ar more than welcome.

You mean one light for the main front key light and one for the background? (Not fill-in.)

Not a bad result Chris :)

Background looks a bit over-exposed and is bleaching away at the hair - background light should be only just blown to pure white, not blitzed. I would also move the softbox closer to get it a bit softer and put a bigger highlight in the eyes, and a little higher for a more attractive nose shadow. Shoot from a slightly slower angle so we can see her eyes better.

Eyes are the most important thing in portraits but glasses always make things more difficult.
