Hi all i am 27 and live near Manchester.
had my canon 400d for a few years now and really want to start geting some good/nice pictures with it.
I am looking at buying a lens soon so hopefully some of you can help me out choose one.

:thinking: Crikey you've had your camera for a few years & you're now just about to get a lens for it... Didn't you have one when you got it then :shrug: :lol: (said with ones tongue in ones cheek)
 
Trig, got a couple of lenses for it got the nifty fifty and the standard kit lens. Wanting a better one now, one that i can take walking and get some good snaps of the county side.

You should get a few answers from the Canon users regarding the best lens to suit your needs, as I have a Nikon so I can't advise you....

Best way is to get yourself out with what you have already... I have seen some cracking pictures from both Canon/Nikon users that have kit lenses....

So have a look thru the threads when you get a few minutes & you will see for yourself what can be done.... You will be amazed - I was....

These are a friendly crowd & will do their upmost best to help you along the way...
