Noob question re Aperture

Hi, I shoot in Raw and then import to Aperture, is there a way for aperture to sharpen automatically or do I have to do each file individually.

One way you can apply any effect to multiple images is do the sharpen to one image then there's a button in the bottom left of the image to lift adjustments, then you can select all the images you want to apply to in thumbnail view and theres a stamp adjustments button. Hope this helps

You can also apply presets to the import so it will automatically apply a set of adjustments to each image on import.

there's an article on creating presets here, and there's a dropdown at the bottom of the import panel which allows you to pick the preset to apply.
