Nokia 1020?

Is this still a good camera phone?

I want to buy a phone with a good camera. I don't care about the smartphone part of it really, it has to be pretty cheap too. I wonder way back about the nokia 1020? Is it any good?

I would only use my old iphone photos as a last resort, and to snap something for reference. Might be better off getting a very cheapo compact, can be had for very little money now.
