Noisy HDR

Hello.

Just wondering as to why I keep getting noisy HDR images. I shoot at ISO - 100 and use a tripod and take one +2 / -2 and the normal image so I have three images. The out come seems to be very noisy.

Any ideas?
 
How are you processing to HDR?

That is likely where noise is being introduced... I assume your input images are not noisy anyway.
 
I don't know if it's the same as my d3100, but auto iso has to be turned off in the in camera menu when using aperture or shutter priority modes, if not it will show as 100 on the screen but use whatever setting it requires to get the exposure.
