Noise reduction plug in for Elements 2019 Recomendations ?

Hi , I just upgraded my P.C , so naturally the software had to come along with it , so I am looking for a noise reduction plug in for Elements 2019 , free would be nice , but all considered , ease of use an advantage ;) , not something I have used a lot but sometimes has it`s uses for me .
 
Have you considered upgrading to Lightroom? It has those features already with new controls added all the time and there are loads of free add-ons which don't require cracking.
 
Thanks for the suggestion , I tried Lightroom and didn`t get on with it that well .
