Noise ninja any good?

Has anyone got or used the noise ninja plug in for photoshop? Or has anyone else got tips for reducing noise in high ISO images.

Currently my workflow uses Lightroom 4 followed by CS5.

I use noise ninga Pro and find great it also has sharpening as well

I used to use noise ninja, but now prefer Topaz De-noise.

I'd throw noise ware from imagenomic in the mix too,

I did a comparrison some time back, I found Imagenomic noiseware came out best with my test image.

I just use LR3 and CS5, suits my workflow. Tried demos of different ones a few years ago but went back to what I knew

Imagenomic is my favoured and I also have Topaz Denoise which I seldom use.
