Week 26 Transport
Once the lads pride and joy with faster bearings etc, now relegated to helping move heavy pots etc around the garden :(

At least its still useful, good idea for the theme.

Nice. A lot of history and story in the patina.

Week 27 Deserted

Box ticked.
Thought this would be easy, few fields and bit of landscape but did you know there are cattle or sheep in every other field in Wales  :)

Bloody farmers, always cluttering up fields!

Nice beachscene.

I did think there was a person on the beach to the right of the breakwater. I zoomed in - but I was wrong, it's just some odd shaped post pretending to be a person... but then I saw the two people standing by the car in the car park to the left! I'd best not mention them ;)

Thanks Paul, good of you not to mention the car and 2 people :)

Nice one. I've been playing with "letterbox" crops and this would work really well with that type of crop.

Week 28 Portraits

Another one not into portraits
H M Stanley (Dr Livingstone I Presume) statue in his home town Denbigh. There is a protest every year from a group who oppose having his statue, they cover the statue with a "black condom". The town council allowed a vote 3 or 4 years ago and the town people voted to keep the statue.

Decided I prefer 100792 to Stanley

Some good shots.

Personally I prefer the tighter shot of Stanley, but they are all good.

The statue shot is good but your cow portrait is excellent. Reminds me of the milk cow we had growing up...Claribell.

Nature manages to grow something colourful even in a desolate looking site like this.

I think it is vibrant. Certainly the contrast between the flowers and the landscape highlights it.
Thanks Kell, apparently best time to go there is a sunny/showery day as looks much better when the rock is wet with the sun shining. Despite the forecast it was dry when we were there, one of the few times I wanted a bit of rain :)
Vibrant - great contrast within the scene
Thanks Paul
