no curser

i have a 10 inch acer aspire had it for about 3yr with no problem but
when i turn it on now it boots up no problem but there is no curser
so i plugged in a mouse but that does not help
so i cannot use my laptop any idea on a fix to the problem !!

For a start I'd start in safe mode and see if you get a cursor. if so run antivirus / malwarebytes.
