I saw these puppies on strobist and WANT some, basicaly like having a quantum just without having a quantum (and the lovely way it gets the heat away from the flash so nothing blows up)
 
found where to bulk buy in the states, if I had some cash I'd import them and maybe make 50 quid
 
No point. The NiZn cells are not approved in the Eurozone, something to do with the way they are made involving some lead solder.

D'OH well have done anywho i personally have no objections to lead solder so will see if they'll chip em over anyway :D
 
A guy on the Strobist flickr pool pointed me to these - shame we can't get them in the EU. Think I'll stick to Duries and those cheapo ones from IKEA.

It's really difficult to import batteries (or items that come with batteries, such as the RF-602) into the EU, even ones that are legal to sell here. You stand a very good chance of stuff like that getting confiscated.

success they will ship, I'm gonna drop customs an email with the data sheet for the batteries see what they say
