Nitecore UNK1 USB Charger

Has anyone used one of these chargers or the canon / sony / fuji version?

I have just purchased one as i liked the idea of being able to charge my lipos with a power bank instead of lugging the Nikon charger around and i always like to know how many mah's are going back into my packs.

Unfortunately it wont start a charge on either of my enel15 packs.

I thought the one i had was faulty so I now have a replacement unit but it too wont start a charge on my packs.

I have a genuine D500 lipo (that came with the body) and another that was a replacement direct from Nikon so i know both are genuine packs.

As a power source i have now tried all power banks and chargers around the house and all give the same result which a screen with 0v on it when the charger is first plugged in. When i connect the batts nothing changes.

Has anyone any experience with these. I may get a third just to be sure...
 
Bought something similar to charge a Fuji battery from a power bank, but that was made my Ex-Pro, worked ok.
 
I looked at quite a few on amazon before i chose this one. The biggest problem with the others were there all seemed to be limed to 600mah charge current. The nitecore outputs 1a and the nikon original 1.2a. And the readouts on this one sold it.

The others were half the price though and if a third version of this one doesnt work (or nitecore support are no good) i may just get one of those.
 
For info i purchased a third one of these (again direct from amazon) and it works perfectly.

So besides the quality control issues it seems like a very nice compact charger.
