Nissin wireless trigger

Can anyone recommend a wireless trigger that will work with my nissin DI622 flashgun and a canon 550d?

I'm trying to not to spend a fortune as well!

is it a mk1 or mk 2? i have a mk1 and they cannot be fired wirelessly via trigger but there is a company that will update the flash for free so that it will fire via trigger, i will take a look which company does it or someone will be along shortly and let you know think the company begins with k lol so that narrows it down to about 150,000 companies.

Thanks for that, i've just checked and its a MK1 do you know of any reasonably priced cables i could use to fire it of the camera?

I take it the optical slave mode isn't any good for what you're doing?

Thanks i found them after you posted it! I found a thread on flickr with people saying the firmware doesn't work on Canon models something to do with the hardware.

I will give them a ring to check.

I've decided to upgrade to the MKII just ordered from Amazon, put my old one on ebay should get about £70 quid for it.

So..Which cheapo triggers can i use with my MKII?
