Nissin Prices - SRS

I notice that SRS Microsystems are doing Nissin Di 866 Flash Guns for £149, Canon-fit and £199 Nikon-fit. Also their Metz prices are lowish.

Is there a problem here or is it all OK?

I had a bad experience with them and ended up having to get Nikon involved to get a refund, so personally I wouldn't buy anything from them.....

Is it a Mk1 or a Mk2? There are two versions and a few places still only carry the Mk1.

at those prices, Id rather buy canon or nikon brand.

I've bought a couple of things from them with no problems.

They also deal through Amazon and they have 100% rating for the last year from 29 reviews.

I bought a Nikon camera from them, when it arrived it had a Chinese battery in it - when I phoned them I was told Nikon no longer used their own batteries and supplied 3rd party ones instead.

A call to Nikon confirmed that this was, of course, nonsense, what it looks as if they were doing was pulling the Nikon batteries from the cameras, replacing them with £5 copies and then selling the Nikon batteries on, no doubt for full price....
