Hi there
I have been looking at buying Nik Dfine 2.0 noise reduction software. I have a query for those that may already have this and also Nik Color Efex Pro.
I have been looking at the video tutorials for Dfine 2.0 and I am already familiar with Color Efex Pro. In Color Efex Pro there is a filter caled Tonal Contrast. Selecting this filter and sliding all 3 sliders all the way to the left gives some similar resemblance to what Dfine does. Or not?
Is the algorhythmic process the same or is it completely different?
A bit specific I know but someone with both these programs may be able to shed some light.
Thank you.
