Nikon_Nicks 52 for ‘22 - Added Week 43 - Vehicle & Week 44 - Autumnal

Super shot. The other tree in the background give it depth - niiiice!

That's gorgeous. The tones, the composition and the sense of depth work beautifully together.

Great picture I like how you've taken the picture of the sun through the trees and captured the mist too.
Thanks Simon. It was a beautiful morning, and it’s one of those situations where I was really helped by the conditions.

That's a lovely shot. Your exposure is perfect - its quite hard to capture the sun in those conditions. .

Unfortunately I've been laid up at home all week with torn knee and ankle ligaments, so haven't been able to get out. So, because I don't want to get behind in the challenge, I've had to resort to a cheat week. The below photo, I took this time last year :(

That is lovely!

A lovely atmospheric shot Nick. Great light and just a hint of mist

So sorry to hear about your knee. That sounds like it will be a long recovery :(

Really lovely atmospheric shot. I'm also loving the light and the mist.
I don't think it's a cheat if you are laid up.

Great shot Nick. Beautiful light.
Best of luck with your knee.

Thank you, appreciate that. Might attempt a short hobble on crutches for my next shot :)
Great shot Nick. Beautiful light.
Best of luck with your knee.
Thank you Peter :)

Whatever is best for a quick recovery - not sure whether it is best to be mobile or rest.... if they could just supply a crutch with a tripod head on it....
Rest, probably…Thats no fun though! Crutches with compact ball head could be a good idea for Dragons Den :)

It's a nice shot - but very small so difficult to see properly.

I like your shot of the Oly holey Nick. I would never have thought to look at my own OM1 that way...
