Quick question does Nikon offer any international warranty on the camera body?

My friend is going to USA today and I am contemplating picking up a D3s from there.

Its often quicker to go the the manufacters own website than ask on a forum (not being rude, just don't know why you didn't)

Nikon digital products sold outside Europe also have localised warranties and are not supported in Europe.

Don't think there is duty on cameras only lenses but may incur vat

If only Nikon brings the camera to UK as there is nowhere in stock.

If you were in such a rush, typing "nikon warranty" into Google would have saved you typing out all those extra words - your subject title + paragraphy took longer to type then the Google Search
