Nikon ... Save/Load Settings?

Anyone used Save Settings on their Nikon ... particularly a D500?
Did it save and re-load everything you needed when you did the re-load?
I want to do a full reset on mine but would prefer not to have to remember and re-enter everything before tomorrow ... is there anything that it will miss that I need to manually restore?

I've done it with a D750. It missed some things, but I can't remember which. Stuff I had in U1 and U2 IIRC

Used it on a D7200 and it worked ok.
