Thanks for the info, Roger. Like Keith, I'm lucky in that mine aren't affected.
 
Mine are okay too, I wonder if it's older ones they are trying to clear up after the D500 battery exchange saga.
 
Thanks for the heads up. The 2012 recall appears to be for exactly the same battery "letters". Glad I declined a spare I bought (dated 2012 whilst the one that came with the camera was dated 2015).
 
Not a new recall but a reminder about the 2012 voluntary one. I missed the 2012 one (I was a bit medically busy that year...) so am grateful for the reminder!

Roger's original link is to Nikon USA but the same advice is on their European site as well.
 
I am just in the middle of getting ready to send 2 batteries back under the recall.

Thanks for the heads up, even though the D750's not listed I will still check my batteries when I get home. Odd that it's only ones supplied with specific cameras rather than at a specific time. EG the D810 batteries are affected, as are the D7200 and D500 yet the D750 which was released between these models and their's are not affected :confused:
