dont worry i won't be transferring forums this will always be my home for seeking advice/annoying people
 
I find the flickr forums are pretty decent for camera/lens specific discussions. Nikonians.org I've never used but you have to pay for it now so it's something I'll probably never use.
 
Nikoncafe is ok. A bit middle-America but quite friendly. Used to be better until an argument over 'family values vs artistic expression' caused a lot of the European pros (e.g. Bjorn Roslett) to leave. Still some very knowledgeable people left though.
 
nikoncafe.com is halfway decent but mainly american users and nowhere near as good as this fine , fantastic, superb , excellent , brilliant forum .
