Nikon files computer question

What specs do I need to process Nikon's 810/750 files. I have a amd quad core 3.5, but the ram only goes up to 8gb. This is the max, do I need a new PCs?
 
I have been using NX2 but it does not support these two cameras. I have Lightroom & photoshop cc
 
Lightroom is very processor intensive, but less so RAM. Even with big files I can't get it over 4gb......so you're fine there. Depending on how much you do in PS you may need a little more to handle the big files. Depends also on disk speed and how much you use your swap file
 
Thanks Hugh, I might be a swell just getting a ssd then, not sure what the swap file is.

Adrian, don't like it nothing like NX2 but thanks for the answer though.
