I am thinking of buying my wife a Nikon D90 for Christmas, I am wondering where the best deals might be found. I have had a look around and found Jessups the cheapest so far, I cant belive that they are the best deal I will find.

your help is much appriciated
 
Body only or with kit lens?

I think they're probably the cheapest for body only...Morrisphoto have the D90 + kit lens for under £700.
 
This would be a lovely surprise but , may I just say that holding and using a camera is a personal and sublective thing.

If you can, get her into Jessops to play with a few bodies and see what she likes.
 
My wife has used a couple of Nikons that belong to a friend and she prefers them to the Canon 400 which I have.

So I need lens and boby.

Yep. From memory you'll get 3% (ex VAT) for a succesful tracking. Naturally the other offers like 5% etc you get when you follow the link won't work as bodies are exempt, however the base 3% should work fine. Cetainly worth it on a £600 purchase.
 
Morris photo body and lens £699, seems pretty good to me!

What Camera does she want? I still say get her to hold the 40d, it will make her weak the the knees ;) :D
 
Got mine from here the Witney branch body only, and also a battery grip and 6 gig sd card.
All for a very good price. The chap in the shop was prepared to haggle 8-)
 
Thanks chaps, but we have shelved her having a camera for now. So its just me to continue on with my 400D. As for making her go week at the knees thats my job, and I succeed every time.
