Can anyone tell me why there are no reviews of the D90 on either Nikonians or Fredmiranda?
I don't need them because I've already decided that I'm having one but I was just a bit surprised that they hadn't reviewed on those sites.

Dunno, but Uncle Ken says "The D90 is newer and better than the D300, for a fraction of the price".

That was the general consensus about the D80 v D200, when the former was launched, so as long as you don't mind the slightly less user-friendly layout, the lack of one or two features and the plastic body then it's a no-brainer, really ;)

Yeah and Uncle Ken might as well go on to say he is a pink giraffe...

It does make me wonder how on earth he's self promoted himself to such a level. Its as impressive as it is bonkers.

FredMiranda seems to be where all the idiots with "bad samples" go to moan.

So the D90 is probably fine :)
 
Cheers folks, I'll have a quick shufti to confirm my thoughts but I think its a done deal. Just need to sell my D40x and D70 and get my bonus and I'm 'avin it.
