Can anyone recommend someplace where I can buy replacement rubbers for my D800?

I can find the bottom rubber and the smaller side part for the left hand side of the body but the main grip area (for right hand under the shutter button) is really loose and stretched at the front.

Is there anyplace I can buy a replacement?

Cheers

I had to do this on my D300 but my D800 seems to be ok

What I would say is watch out for the small screws around the bottom and holding the red part.as can be seen in that link photo. when i did my D300 I had a magnetic screwdriver without which I would have more than likely lost the screw as it was right up at the back of the battery compartment

You may well need something like this as used by opticians in their tool kit. Those cross headed screws are tiny if you look on your camera

or maybe

I DON'T KNOW BUT IT WENT THROUGH MY MIND YOU MAY NEED TO CHECK TO SEE IF ANY SCREWDRIVERS IN THE LINK WOULD BE USEFUL. SOMETHING YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF.

I always give Nikon UK a call, I find they are very obliging and cheaper than the aternatives for these small spares.

Contact Nikon spare parts direct their number used to be 0208 5414440 but I have not rang them for a few years, (I got a replacement focus screen for less than £1)
