If the seller isn't happy with the offer then he just has to decline it. Simples.

I thought that Sigma Art was a good price in the classifieds but you still made a lower offer.

I did, based on what I could get a new one for. You should've bought it for asking then, but you didn't. I didn't see anyone else either so they never thought it was a superb deal either, unlike this threads response!

Chill your beans. It's only worth what someones willing to pay. The OP has stated he fancied haggling a bit... And why not? Just because you think he's taking the p***? The seller can refuse to sell it to him if he's not happy with the offer. ;)

Well in the end, it did prove to be the case of of you don't ask you don't get, nailed the camera down for £500[emoji122] [emoji122] (saved £30). So happy days it is.

I'd read your original post at if it was £500 but I now see you said it was just over £500.

I think this is a bit of a bargain if all in working order. Hope you enjoy your new camera

I keep meaning to list my 85 f1.4 samyang but keep changing my mind!

Thank you. The classifieds are showing as "private" on my account, I have bought and sold previously so don't know why.

Is there a way for the ban to be lifted? Wasn't aware of the new rule.

You classifieds ratio is now 48% so you should be able to see them unless you've been banned from them for some other reason. However you do need to keep your ratio of classifieds to other posts at least equal
