Thanks.
Tim, any closer shots? Makes for a great abstract when zoomed in.
Nope, should've taken the 85mm as well but I was cycling so wanted a small bag..
Thanks.

Lol sorry for the confusion. No, all the right hand cluster are still back focussing when the rest are fine. What I meant by the statement above was that the squares I see on the focus screen do actually correlate to the position of the AF sensors on the module. I got the impression from the other member that on his Canon the squares on the focus screen didn't actually match where they were on the sensor and so he had to correct for this, probably by putting the subject just outside the box rather than in it. Does this make any more sense?![]()

Skomer Island Coast 3 by Rob Cain, on FlickrA few weeks back I spent a couple of days on Skomer. The weather wasn't great but it did make for some rough seas, it was a shame the wind was shaking the tripod and meant long exposure images weren't 100% sharp. I tried again the next day when the wind had dropped but the sea was calm and uninteresting.

My D750 en route from Panamoz.
I have the Sigma 70-200 non OS model and know there was talk earlier about the compatability between Nikon/Sigma lenses.
Anyone know if this was an older problem which newer D750's dont have?
If not has anyone any first hand experience with this lens? I have read through google about problems with the OS version. I am preparing myself for having to spend on the Nikon version, and probably not the VR version, cant justify the price for that.
Cheers
Not the 70-200 but I had a sigma 150-500 OS 3 years old when I got my D750 in March past and it was just the OS that wouldn't work. The focus was grand. You might be OK as yours is the non OS model.

There isn't a non VR model Nikon 70-200 so you better prepare yourself some more.

The Tamron f2.8 70-200 with VC works just fine for me and is a much more sensible price than the Nikon jobbie.Sh1te!! haha, that was the F4 I'd found.
This Sigma best work!
Camping Brockenhurst July 20106 (70 of 108) by Alan Cook, on FlickrAnyone want to buy a kidney/lung? I want a 200mm f2.
Excellent image again by you.. You must live very local to this beach?

It's my D750 that has prejudice towards sigma lenses. I did buy the 70-200mm Sigma OS and yes my D750 was prejudice towards this too. Nice lens though, renders nicely. Ended up going back though as couldn't correct the front focus (the issue I've has with all Sigmas on my D750) and this lens would sometimes stop focussing when I stopped it down from f2.8 to f4. If I turned off and back on again it would be fine. I took it back, bit the bullet and bought the Nikon VRII. I'm sure if it works on your D750 you'll be happy with it.My D750 en route from Panamoz.

I did the same, the EM5-II is great but it's not in the same league as the D750. My EM5-II became a dust collector so sold all my Olly gear earlier this year (or was it last year?
First one from Belfast Zoo with the kids on Sunday, i am so far behind with editing shots from the last few weeks. Sigma 150-600 contempory
