I know it's not D750 related per se, but... @minnnt - how you getting on with that Dell monitor of yours? Do you have it hooked up to a desktop, or laptop?
I've been a Mac user for 9 years. Sometime I fancy trying Windows again as more specs for money.
Yes, windows. Haven't got a clue when it comes to Macs.
You turn it on, open an app, do what you got to do. Turn it off. None of this fluffing around with drivers/crashing/BSOD etc
I used to build my gaming pc's loved them, then 2011 went mac,now when i have to use a pc say if my daughter is doing her homework and she asks for any help i hate the dam thing. You turn it on, open an app, do what you got to do. Turn it off. None of this fluffing around with drivers/crashing/BSOD etc
Wouldn't bother, stay Mac.
Which Mac you currently got pal as I am looking to upgrade
Well that was a can of worms I didn't expect to open...![]()
What about Leicas? 'shall i take the Leica?' they're the best cameras ya know....
Not as good as an iPad camera.
That should be more than adequate, shove an SSD in their if you can, anyway I'll leave the Mac chat at its slightly off topic!Find it handling LR good ? I've a 27" iMac 2010 model it seem to take a good 30-40 sec to open up LR but once in it fine..
What the iPad Pro [emoji6]
Not as good as an iPad camera.
David its not good etiquette to call it iMac its plain MacBut i would miss using the word 'computer'. I would then have to always refer to it as an iMac. You can never say 'where is my phone' it would have to be 'where is my iPhone'. A little like BMW's. You would have to say 'shall we take the BM'
Sorry for my ignorance, what does 'SSD' mean ?Mac Mini, need to upgrade to an SSD when I get a chance, managed to bag one of the last user upgradable models.
Solid State DriveSorry for my ignorance, what does 'SSD' mean ?

Hi, I'm currently using a D700 with a 35mm f/2 and 85mm f/1.8D.. would both these lenses be good enough with the D750? or would I be better upgrading to the G versions?
Thanks, I'm happy on the D700, but worry that pixel peeping will take over with the higher res of the D750
