This website is useful for deciding on what memory cards to go with.

The SanDisk pro 95mb/s cards are what I went with as I wanted the fastest cars possible. The difference between the write speeds is quite a bit, (95mb/s are 68.8mb/sand the 80mb/s are 47.7mb/s). The 95mb/s cards are about £20 each on Amazon so it's really down to cost compared to fastest performance and how much you need the buffer clearing fast.

May be worth getting two of these just a few quid more @technics100

Ha ha, yeah - made a fleeting appearance and will no doubt go again for the rest of the weekend :( I even needed a two stop ND on the lens to pull down the ambient enough, which is a nice change from the last week!

Pic was just a bit of an experiment - I wanted to use the ambient as fill and a touch of backlighting but the kids were going to bed so couldn't get a proper sunset behind her. Key was from a beauty dish which is also responsible for the catchlights. I think it needs more work and stronger sun behind...

Lots of sun here again today, I was at the Giants Causeway on the north coast for sunset and was disappointed that there wasn't a cloud in the sky

I use the 95 mb/s sandisks and they're simply excellent. Does anyone find that sometimes they zip through the download in LR and other times pause for minutes and come through really slowly? I do have some Samsung ones too in the 610 which are an excellent cheaper alternative.
