Just ordered a 24-120mm from Panamoz so now after a bag that can just take the D750 with this lens, plus flash. Any recommendations? Don't want to pay a lot, and don't want one of those leather satchel types![]()
I got one of these when there was a code deal going, and rate it. Loads of pockets n bits to put your shizz in. And not too big either

I got one as well same time, thanks to you as it was only £24.50. It is quite spacious and I have carried the D750 with 24-85, Tamron 70-200 2.8, SB700 and some other bits and bobs without any issue. I wish it was a smidge taller for the 70-200 2.8.
All mine have had to be fine tuned (bar one), but not just on the D750, my Sony's before that. I am very particular though and have to get it mm perfect, but then I think when you're spending this kind of money why would you want it any other way? Before I make a final decision. Has anyone had to fine tune the focus on their D750 with a 24-120 F4 lens or any other for that matter?
Looked at those but expensive and having to undo two buckles to get into it would drive me madView attachment 59055 What about a Lowepro Urban Reporter 150, comes in a decent colour too![]()

Looks a bit 'girlie'Thats the old version though- according to Amazon you need the "Lowepro Passport Messenger Bag" not getting involved in the colour debate

Thanks for link, much cheaper than I've seen. Are the buckles not a faff then?Really? I consider £40 to be more than reasonable...buckles aren't as bad as I thought. Nice small fish bag but enough room for what you need.

Star-spangled Banner by Chuckoir, on FlickrDon't know if I can answer this properly, but a few pages back we all seem to have discussed it.You like your Tamron 70-200 2.8 what made u go for that over Nikon pls? Price I guess
^^^^ this. Just one other thing to add is that the VRII AF speed is super fast too, noticeably faster than the Tamron and Sigma OSDon't know if I can answer this properly, but a few pages back we all seem to have discussed it.
I actually sold my Nikon 70-200 F4 as I was not using it much. Then bought the Tamron for a friend who was away. I started testing the Tamron, went to a trade show and shot some models and found the lens amazing. Decided to keep it. Of course price is important as I wouldn't have done the same if it was the Nikon 2.8
I checked online for some tests and found the Tamron is a much better value lens in terms of price & performance. If you have sports in mind and money is not an issue go for the Nikon VR2. It is the best optic for a 70-200 2.8 across brands. The only downside is severe focus breathing meaning the lens is only 135 mm at CFD when zoomed to 200 mm. Vr1 does not have that issue.
Between the Nikon VR1 and Tamron, I'd recommend the Tamron. Between VR2 and Tamron let your wallet decide.

We haven't done dogs for a while. Here's a little one and I think it is a English Bulldog

That's a French Bulldog I think...
My knowledge of dogs really sucks. Thanks for correcting.
