You've got a 70-200 why didn't you say. HahaAs Toby says, the 70-200. Shot through mucky glass and iso 2000. Quite pleased with the dragon thingy. The snake hasn't got quite as much clarity but i was quite happy with the colourful background.
It's an Iguana, probably a green iguana and male too....Quite pleased with the dragon thingy...

Mono's better imoThere's a colour version on pg 247 Paul.
I've just order a screen protector - I thought you all needed to know.
This one was taken with no protection...

I know, right!! That glass actually contained hydrochloric acid! Anything could have happened to my screen!Incredibly risky, that kind of environment can really destroy a cameras LCD. Lucky escape imo.
Bloody hell. We should all be practising safe shooting. We don't wanna end up down the clinic.
I like the tonality on the color version compared to the relatively flat mono.Ha, cheers @anibap . Glad there is something for everyone!
So I'll give in and order a screen protector, however, how do I protect the screen protector?
Put a screen protector on it, duh!
I feel a bit left out with all the screen protector talk so here's the one I put on when I first got the D750, no bubbles no marks and no 'leaking' when the camera got wetI did try the anti-glare one first by the same manufacturer but it changed the brightness and colour so no good for reviewing images. These crystal clear ones are great though, no alteration to the screen and don't reflect too badly either.

Am I the only one not even tempted to get a protector?

Not sure if this appeals to you, but you can get the Sigma 24-35 F2 and have like three F2 primes (24, 28 and 35) in one lens for £699 only which is less than buying two separately. It is bit heavy, but a versatile brilliant lens covering 3 wide prime focal lengths at F2 with flexibility of not changing lenses. The lens is super sharp from reviews.
I'd have bought that one if it had OS as I need OS in certain scenarios. I am quite fascinated by this lens though as it covers all most used focal lengths in my travel photography.
Bought and tried three copies of that lens, have you ever had one?
All three copies had severe back focus issues at the wide end and slight front focus issues at the long end and couldn't be fixed using the Sigma dock. Not a lens I would recommend.
I usually make a mess of the first one so it's always good for me to buy in bulkOnly issue with those is you dont need 3 (I have experience, I have about 7000 additional cameras screen protectors in a drawer from buying packs like those), also, youve forgotten the top lcd screen protector![]()
Didn't those I link to come with the top screen protector? I do have one on, maybe that came with the anti glare ones I tried Very well matey, Will be in touch in the near future with regards to this years events & units etc.
George.
Just checked the reviews, they do indeed come with the top screen protector tooI usually make a mess of the first one so it's always good for me to buy in bulkDidn't those I link to come with the top screen protector? I do have one on, maybe that came with the anti glare ones I tried
