Nikon D750 & D780

And the one of Mrs Minnt, super creamy bokeh and very sharp [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Went for a drive to Midhurst today and never realised what was in route, glad I make last moment decision to take the camera

Nice ones @JJ! . Nice to see someone else also using the 'Kit' lens.

That 24-85mm has a really strong vignette but it actually works quite well (y)

I like vignettes and often add one so I don't see a lens vignetting as an issue tbh (within reason).

I used my Nikon 85 1.8 last night for the first time in ages and forgot how good the bokeh and colours can be. Won't be in a hurry to sell after seeing the results again!

I'm not finding it bad at all! I added vignetting to the 2 last ones as I like it! I can't say anything really bad about it!

Love the silhouette
Thanks Shaheed.
:plus1: works well :)
Thanks Roger.
Much as I hate cormorants, the silhouette is a fine photograph. :)
Cheers Ed.
All nice, but "you want some" is great.
Thankyou Sir! Been out in the snow?
Lovely bokehlicious shot :)
Cheers buddy. Amazed how good it is. Well, I'm not really, i knew they were awesome.

Thanks Gregg. The bokeh balls are actually passing cars.
Nice set of images m8, my fav's would have to be #1 for the bokeh, and the silhouette.(y)

George.

Thanks George! Hope you're keeping well matey.

Here's another Cormorant shot...

Yeah but only around our local park and light was a bit pants tbh. Got some nice (I hope) pics of my wife stood by the pond though :)

Yeah i was disappointed with the light too! The one blast of light that i saw came too late as i was on my way home.

One from this morning

This is great. After going out and realising I wasn't going to get any landscapes I said to my wife I wish I'd gone out with my 70-200mm f2.8 too. Didn't bother as she very rarely lets me take pics of her, but today she did and I only had the 18-35mm on me

Nice shot. Seems like this fellow is not happy with the weather. Lovely expression captured.

Thanks mate. I wasn`t either ... I think the VR compensated just enough for my shivering ;)

Nice little Chaffinch Paul. She looks like she's plumped herself up now the winter has finally bitten!

The light was far better yesterday, but we had less snow. Typical eh?

Lacking inspiration after reaching the top of Win Hill, i decided to venture down the otherside and see if i could muster something up. This was about as good as i got all day.

I'm glad everyone likes the Sheep shot.

Cheers mate ... Yeah was the same down here. Bloody crap light again, and the only scenery which was nice, I couldn`t get due to driving on small country lanes.

I like this pic, mate. That sky looks menacing enough to make you want to go ;)

Loving the recently posted Nikon images here, amazing stuff.....! I'm closely looking at lenses here on this thread to try work out what I require lens wise for my D8** purchase soon.

Anyone know if there's a big difference between in quality between the Nikkor 85mm f1.4G against the 85mm f1.8G lens if used on a full-frame Nikon body?

Thanks;
Pete

Some cracking photos on this page, love the Sheep or are they Ram's, shots David.?

Just a little frost around in South Wales and no snow yet on the lower grounds, just the way I like it.
