Nikon D7200 grip & screen protector recommendations Please

Can anybody recommend a grip & screen protector for the Nikon D7200 camera body..
My heads spinning reading reviews..

All i can say i could never put one on without bubbles etc but i bought a semi hard one,it literally put itself on,i was amazed how easy it was
