Nikon D500 question

Hey guys, in my D500 the shot remaining in the viewfinder shows "r33" i cant seem to find what this means in the manual, any ideas please?

It means you have 33 shots remaining in your buffer.

Thanks for the reply the buffer is rated at 200 shots though, and that window never shows shots remaining as the manual says , any idea?

Depends on a few things really...

Card speed, image quality you're shooting at etc etc.

Ah right, I see him hanks for that You wouldn't happen to know how to change the window to show shots remaining instead of shots left in buffer do?

I don't think you can change it and I'm not sure the camera can accurately predict the number due to the variables involved

Thanks guys, it looks like you can have buffer/ISO or buffer/shots remaining displayed, typically I want ISO/shots remaining or both
