I have a lowepro toploader pro 70 AW. It will certainly do what you need, but may even be a little too large.
I wrap mine in a thingy cloth first then put it in,ifind the padding rigid and supportive
There's not reason the D3300 wouldn't fit in this bag like that. I have a D5200 and it fits that way. I just put a balled up pair of small gloves under the lens. Leaves space in the bottom for a few extra bits or another lens below the divider.I don't want the camera nose down in the bag. I find it more convenient with the camera on its side with the grip uppermost.
Me too. I like my camera on the side also, with the grip at the top. If the camera is pointing lens down, it is difficult to get out of the bag. Also the lens cap tends to come off.I don't want the camera nose down in the bag. I find it more convenient with the camera on its side with the grip uppermost.

Apparently it has to be a completely unedited file.
Well my D3300 arrived this morning. Being the suspicious soul that I am I always upload a file to 'Myshuttercount just to check. On this occasion - and It has never happened with any Nikon I have previously owned - I get the following message:
"Error, no shutter count information in this file"
Now I'm even more suspicious - but the camera does look brand new.
I uploaded the original and still wouldn't workApparently it has to be a completely unedited file.

after some advice will a Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC work on a D3100 ?
When it's switched on, it adjusts the time by one hour. You just have to turn it on or off depending on the time of year. Basically just a switch instead of editing the time.Just put the clock back on the D3300...
Nikon says ( Nikon cameras have an option for "Daylight Saving Time", but this will NOT automatically change your cameras time when Daylight Saving Time changes. This option is used only to reflect the correct time display) So simply pressing the daylight saving option will only advance by one hour, not go back one hour. However, once I have set it back one hour, I can use the daylight saving option in the future. Is that correct?![]()
Oh I see. Probably just as easy editing the time myself. When it's switched on, it adjusts the time by one hour. You just have to turn it on or off depending on the time of year. Basically just a switch instead of editing the time.
