Nikon D300 sample shots...

I'm considering one of those too. The D200 is very nice but I want the D300 now. I will retire my ancient D100 and D70 once I get my hands on a D300.

Not until I test one for myself, Digital Depot are holding a Nikon day on 8th December so hopefully I'll be able to take a few test shots then (I'll take my D200 with me and do comparison shots with the same lens and settings etc.)
 
Looking very good, pity there's no 100% crops to show just how well the noise is under control. Gawd, what will us Canon users rib you lot about now? :thinking:

plenty of high iso 100% crops on flickr of the D3 :)

Have you not seen the 40D, Mark III and IDS? All superb at high ISO. FACT.
 
The 5D was good...but the D3 looks to be revolutionary, the high iso handling and dynamic range blows me away :o
 
mmmm yes, the D3 looks awsome. Almost makes me want to jump ship ...
