Nikon D3 - ERR Message

I was reading the info on a D3s and really like the idea of the 'Q' mode - quiet shutter in softer noise levels!

It's quietER - but not by any means silent.

Also it may just be me (only used it for one wedding so far) but in quiet mode the shutter seems to lag fractionally. Very slight but significant for me. I reckon I missed a shot or two I wouldn't in noisy mode.
