Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays in getting their cashback from Nikon?
I bought the D7000 at the end of April, completed all the paperwork and sent it off, three weeks later received an email saying that I would receive the £100 debit card within 2 weeks and to contact them if it hadn't arrived in that time frame. All fine and good.
Three weeks layer, no sign of the card so I phone them back only to be told there must have been an admin error as my documentation hadn't been sent by Nikon to Citibank, but that it would now be done, so give it another two weeks.
No sign of the card again so I phone Nikon again yesterday only to be told there's been an other admin error, apparently the details of where I purchased the camera was missing of the file so it couldn't be sent. Again, many other claims had been affected.
Now this is nonsense as part of the original upload procedure to Nikon included the receipt which had to clearly show place of purchase, so I was wondering if anyone else's cashback claim has been similary delayed? I know from another recent thread that Canon have been 'at it' as well with regard to processing cashback claims.
