Does anyone have this lens? thinking about picking one up to pair with my D750 for travel and street photography.

Any thoughts on it?
 
I have one, possibly my most used lens. Love it. Swapped the f/1.4 for it because of the weight

I have owned and sold a few but it always draws me back in.

It's sharp, light and focus speed is excellent. I used it together with the f1.4 version and the focus speed is so much quicker.

I know a few professionals who use it for paid work.

It's a nice lens, I tried one last year on my d750, but decided against buying it as I could see no difference from my older 35mm f2d which has better build quality and costs about a third of the price.
 
it's a really good lens - very sharp and lovely contrast. I prefer the rendering to my far more expensive 24 1.4g!

Well I'm reviving this thread to say, after using it for a few hours, I totally agree.

Got it for a cracking price as well :banana:

I should say, I got a bloody steal as well. The lad selling it was bought it as a gift from his wife but she didn't realise he shot with a DX body. So he just wanted it sold ASAP to get his new lens :runaway:
