Yes ive just bought one. Not really had much chance to play with it but so far it would seem sharper than my old Sigma 150mm, which was no slouch. It is smaller than i'd imagined it to be, but I guess thats down to it being an F/4.
Af is slow but then again its not going to be used for its af anyway so that doesnt really bother me.
It is very well built, the only thing ive read is that the M / A collar can break as its made of plastic, but apart from that everything ive thus far read about it being the best of them all seems to be true, though id imagine that everyone with there macros would say the same about there lenses.
Cost wise, yes its expensive but if you want quality then it is going to cost, I did get a reasonable deal on mine as I bought a 200-400 vr at the same time. Heres a few quick snaps I took with it.
