Nikon 18-200mm f3.5-5.6 G AF-S DX ED VR II Lens

Just wanted to know what your thoughts are on the Nikon 18-200mm f3.5-5.6 G AF-S DX ED VR II Lens to be used as an all rounder.

Basically wanted to get more into taking pictures uin the day rather in the clubs at nights and thought about gettin this.

There's been a few threads on this lens -some quite recently. Might be worth your while doing a searchin TP first.

...Thats the only lens I have at the moment I bought it as I didn't know what I wanted to photo so got a 'nearly all in one'

I'm sure people will say its not as good as two lenses to cover the same range with supposed increase in quality but then that defeats the object of going for one lens
