Nik software looking soft when processing -Fixed!

Hi

I have built a new 64bit Windows 10 PC which has LR and PS CC running perfect. Images look crisp and spot on but when I edit them in any of the (Free) NIK plug-ins the whole page including the image look soft and cartoon like. This is the same with iTunes also. When the image is imported back to LR or PS they look fine again with the edit intact.

Is there a setting I need to configure somewhere?
 
I managed to fix it!!

Right click on short cut to LR & PS
choose properties
click the compatibility tab
click box that says Disable display scaling on high DPI screens.... Sorted!!

LR and PS running better too :)
