Nik Software and the curse of Google

Been browsing tonight with a view to buying the Nik software for LR. Seems that its becoming quite scarce, and little info since the google take over. Anyone any info to share?

Is that a definite move or just a current situation? Amazon showing no stock but offering "sign up to be notified when available"

No update on the nik site either other than the original google statement
