Not without seeing some examples of his work :shrug: the only thing even vaguely representing some night time photography is some fireworks that are :shrug: not here to defend himself so cannot actually give my opinion :shake:

Its not as if there's very much in Southampton thats worth photographing at night. Come to think of it, there's not much more during the day either!

I confess I was wondering about the certificate of excellence too, do you want be to send you your's it would be a "Certificated of Wire Wool Theoretical Compitence" now you to arrange your practical exam
