hi all

done some night photography before light streaks etc etc but wanna try something different this time, there are some buildings down by us in quite a dark area what would be ideal conditions to shoot these on a fairly clear night? im gonna keep the ISO low as i dont want the grainy effect on these

I wold say fairly clear night yes. Keep iso low, go for a longish exposure, maybe 30 seconds at f16 maybe and adjust it from there to get the desired effect.

Make sure you post up your results for us to see as well :)
 
i would usually start at 20 seconds and around F8. give it a shot and adjust settings accordingly
 
I've only done this once but I had my settings at 100 ISO and f22. I was getting between 1 and 2 minute exposures.
